Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for InfluQ subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Free Trial

Where offered, the free trial gives you full access for the stated period at no charge. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan, your access simply ends when the trial expires — you will not be charged for the trial.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing page or by emailing support@influq.com.
  • When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; it will not renew after that.
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Refunds

  • Monthly plans: payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Cancelling stops future renewals.
  • Annual plans: if you are dissatisfied, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of your initial annual purchase, provided the Service has not been used extensively. Refunds after this window are at our discretion.
  • Billing errors: duplicate charges, failed transactions that were still charged, or amounts charged in error will be refunded in full upon verification.
  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind after significant usage, for partial billing periods, or where prohibited by applicable law.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@influq.com from your registered email address with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through our payment provider (Razorpay). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect.
